  1. Do you have sufficient knowledge of current and fluctuating market conditions to price your home properly and price it so that it will be attractive to buyers?
  2. Do you have the skills to advertise and market your property effectively? Do you know the best places to advertise and the cost of doing so?
  3. Do you have a network of contacts who can produce potential buyers for your home?
  4. Are you a good negotiator? Will you be able to handle aggressive buyers looking for bargains?
  5. Do you have the time to show your home to prospective buyers? They'll want to look around when it's convenient for them, not necessarily for you.
