Real Estate in Headon Forest
Burlington’s Headon Forest community in north Burlington has aged beautifully in the last 20 + years. Bordered by Dundas Street on the north and Upper Middle Road on the south and Walker’s Line and Guelph Line on the east and west respectively, Headon Forest has grown into a family oriented community that serves it’s constituents well with all the amenities required for family enjoyment.
Property values are reasonable and have held their value over the years. The area consists primarily of detached homes but also has condominium townhomes for those looking for a more casual lifestyle. Prices can exceed $500K but there are lots of choices under that price point.
Schooling is not an issue in that the area is serviced by all levels of schooling in the Public, Separate and French Immersion programs. Please see the attached chart that shows the schools that service the area as well as their rankings.
Commuting to work is never really enjoyable but Headon Forest is strategically located to accommodate easy highway access the 407, the 403 and the QEW. Also if use the Go Train, Burlington boasts three Go Stations that all offer free parking.
Headon Forest now has the maturity that people had always sought in the south end of Burlington. Mature trees, large lots, numerous choices for grocery shopping, local community centre, library, shopping plazas and restaurant choices nearby…it has it all!
