Alton Village Burlington

Construction on the Alton Village community was started in 2006 and when completed will contain approximately 3300 homes and over 7000 residents. Located on the north of Dundas Street in Burlington situated between Walkers Line and Appleby Line, it is the last planned open space development in Burlington.

Alton Village appeals to a large audience in that it accommodates many lifestyle housing choices while adhering to quality construction and good urban planning. Housing styles range from single detached , townhouses, condominium apartments and live and work dwellings that appeal to families that run a home-based business. Future plans for the area include Public and Catholic elementary schools as well as parks. The community is surrounded by shopping, restaurants, The Millcroft Golf Course as well as easy access to the Hwy. 407.
